Carrier Downloads and Real Time Integration

10/2/15: I'm attempting to get setup instructions. Since so few (currently 1) customers download from Nodak, this isn't a priority.

Until we find out otherwise, have customers call Nodak at 701-298-4200 or 877-814-5011.

Agency must call Norfolk & Dedham Solution Center to request downloads.

The agency must go to the NCJUA – NCIUA website http://www.ncjua-nciua.org/ and download the Producer Download Request Form found on the lower left side of the homepage. The completed form can be emailed or faxed back to the contact listed on the form.

NOTE: The Producer Download Request Form specifies the management systems the carrier will download to and CMS is not listed. The carrier will download to HawkSoft.

Agency must log in to the carrier’s website, access Agency Administration and complete the download setup request. The carrier will also accept a completed download request form (can be downloaded by adding this carrier to download instructions).

Agency must contact the carrier to request downloads.

Agency must complete the attached form and submit to the carrier at jeannies@nwgf.com

To request downloads from NYCM Insurance, email interfacesupport@nycm.com.

Agency must log in to the carrier’s website, go to Agency Services, select QUICKLINKS, select SAGE/Manuals & Forms and choose Agency Interface.

Agency must contact their marketing rep or can contact Oregon Mutual Support Services by phone to submit the request.
