Carrier Downloads and Real Time Integration

Agency must contact their marketing rep to submit request.

Agency must log in to the carrier’s website, go to the Downloads tab, complete and submit the online registration form.

Agency must contact Support Central department at 866-386-3932 or via email at supportcentral@ffic.com to request the download enablement form.  

Agency must contact their marketing representative.

Agency must email a request to Kathy Bernal at kathy.bernal@ficoh.com to complete download setup.

To request downloads from Florida Family Insurance, email Agency Services at agencyservices@floridafamily.com or call (888) 486-4663 ext. 5599.

Carrier will contact qualifying agents directly to set up downloads.

To request downloads from Foremost Insurance Group:

1) Go to ForemostSTAR https://www.foremoststar.com .

2) Click the "Sign up for Data Download" link in the middle of the page. That will open another window.

3) Click the "Sign Up" link to complete an online request form.
